I was using a combination of this image and the reference drawing you provided for her overall look. I also added a little mole on her right breast to give her a tiny bit more character; apparently Anna Ohura has a mole on her right breast that sometimes gets airbrushed out.
The fact that this Narumi gal is supposed to resemble Anna Ohura is cool though.
