姦獄～淫辱の実験棟～ LEVEL 2 (Kangoku Level/Episode 2) does little for the eye other than being heavily censored throughout. Being a Milky Anime title though gives hope of this being licenced, to Region 1, to see if the character designs are consistant behind static. Animation loops are in extensive usage in this anime… what an eyesore. That being said, judge for yourself. I'd gladly purchase this for under 20$.

Following the outline that BLACKPACKAGE TRY has set, the character of 森下加奈 (Morishita Kana) undergoes a futanaric¹ transformation.

Looks like there will be a LEVEL 3 doesn't it?
