This is a continuation to the "May Queen" series of games Courreges has produced. If you remember, Courreges (クレージュ) also produced the DISCODE series of eroge that is so popular with futanari fans (the animation moreso than the game). So I don't really know why this came to my attention so late, I just noticed it while browsing for doujinshi to purchase.
There is no definitive release date, just a vague mid-March release (2007年3月中旬頒布予定). Enjoy.
